Phân biệt UI designer và BA (Bussiness Analyst)?
Em thấy nhiều người trong các group nói là bị nhầm lẫn giữa UI designer và nghề BA ạ. Chị Katy giúp em làm rõ 2 ngành nghề này với ạ?

Cảm ơn câu hỏi của bạn. Mình cũng thấy khá lạ với câu hỏi này. Vì thường nhiều người nhầm giữa UX researcher/ UX designer với BA hơn là UI Designer. Rõ ràng có rất nhiều điều khác biệt mà nhỉ. Mình lấy sample cụ thể những JD yêu cầu kỹ năng cho 2 vị trí này để dễ thấy sự khác biệt nhé!
Example:
Đối với BA rõ ràng đòi hỏi các kỹ năng như:
- Detail oriented and analytical.
- Knowledge of the role that technology plays in the success of the organization and efficient operations.
- Skill in analyzing systems, processes, and procedures to implement change in a dynamic service environment.
- Skill with success in project management methodologies and ability to adapt those to a variety of situations.
- Ability to complete projects with high quality and timeliness
- Excellence in oral and written communications, including specific work in technical writing.
- Ability to establish, maintain and sustain positive, professional working relationships internally and cross-functionally.
Đối với UI designer:
- Pixel perfect design, we work on retina screens so should your designs reflect that.
- Outstanding creativity.
- Experienced with multiple design tools including: Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, Indesign.
- Ability to speak with developers and bring your ideas to life.
- Management, scheduling skills and working with clients.
- Ability to pitch, educate and defend your ideas.
- Interactive design, motion shapes outstanding experiences.
- Basic understanding of development concepts (html, css, js) for feasibility.
- An experience with prototyping tools like Principle, Framer… is a plus.
- An experience with motion design and video editing is a plus.
- An experience with 3D is a plus.

Tức là nhìn chung, công việc BA thiên về nghiên cứu, phân tích thị trường, quản lý, tư duy, có khả năng giao tiếp tốt, xu hướng thiên về business.Đối với UI designer:
