It depends on whether Person 1 (P1) uses guns well or not. :)))
If he does, then he can shoot right in the head of Person 2 (P2) and P2 would die instantly!
If he doesn't, then it'd take a while before P2 actually die (or may never die), while P1 would fall off the cliff immediately (because physics, you know) and die first instead.
