2. Choose a job that you enjoy

If you are doing work that you enjoy, you definitely find it simple and interesting.

In your everyday routines, you do many same dull activities like wash cloths or sweep the floor. Why not try doing these while listening to and sinking into the rhythm of a song you enjoy?

3. Focus solely on a single task

Multitasking appears to be an ideal way to complete a task. Nevertheless, the scientists claimed it was incorrect.

For instance, a recent study stated that only 2.5% of people are capable of multitasking effectively. The remaining 97.5% find it easy to focus on only one thing at a time. In other words, the state of flow prefers to work alone rather than multi task.

4. Limit effect from outside

For instance, suppose you are working in an open environment. You need to optimize your brainpower in order to complete a presentation. You entirely focus on it for the first 30 minutes, you enter a state of flow.

Suddenly, a colleague approaches and asks you a few questions. You immediately lose your concentration. Even if it only takes a few seconds, you still need some minutes to resume.

To avoid disrupt circumstances, if you need to complete a task that requires creations, make sure you do not affect disrupt factors from outside sources.
